WELDING MACHINE AVAILABLE "FROM HAND"

HD-YY welders are characterized by a simple, light construction, they are very easy to use and, most importantly, reliable.

Compared to competing offers, our welding machines are additionally equipped with the following elements:

PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR It is a very important element responsible for the correct execution of the pipe connection. The pressure accumulator prevents pressure drops and ensures full control of the welding parameters

TABLE OF WELDING In line with the expectations of our customers, we have placed tables with welding parameters in the hydraulic station.

TRANSPORT WHEELS The welding machines are additionally equipped with accessory transport wheels, which, after their installation, facilitate the movement of the sledge.

TIMER The welding machine is equipped with a portable timer that measures the welding time and the cooling time

Set contains:
- sledge with the possibility of mounting transport wheels, equipped with two hydraulic cylinders, 2 fixed clamps, 2 adjustable depending on the preferences of positioning in relation to the pipe
- wheels and handle
- heating plate (top-class Teflon coating)
- hydraulic stations are equipped with a pressure accumulator with a permanently placed table of welding parameters
- milling machine
- a welder equipped with a set of reduction rings for welding pipes with diameters: fi160 fi140 fi125 fi110 fi90 fi75 fi63, fi50
- stand for a milling machine and a heating plate

- necessary tools such as ratchet wrench, flat wrench, allen wrenches
