Vacuum excavator CAPPELLOTTO CAP BORA (ser. nr. 3627) on IVECO STRALIS 460 truck. The truck is sold by the first owner, with everything functioning. Please check the VIDEO CLIP below. Very low mileage - less than 11 000km. The hours on the vacuum pump is 85 hours and the total hours of working of the PTO is 255 hours.
The truck has Bulgarian plates, valid TUV and insurance. Regular maintenance has been carried out according to CAPPELLOTTO's instructions.
The CAP Bora by CAPPELLOTTO is a real vacuum based suction vehicle and is capable of suction even under water. It is possible to vacuum all kinds of media - dry solids, wet solids, mixed water and solids. The vacuum pump is HIBON VTB/SIAV with max. 9700m3/hour capacity and maximal vacuum of 93%. The pump is driven by a PTO, which can utilize all the power from the truck's engine. The capacity of the main tank is 10m3. The diameter for all the hoses is DN200mm, with Bauer connection.
The machine has three DN200 connections:
- inlet;
- outlet for pressure discharge
- outlet for pressure discharge through a filter (for removing water without stones for example)
The machine is equipped with a high pressure washer with a L tank for clean water, so that all the equipment can be cleaned on site.
The main feature is the "double stage" tipping of the main tank, which makes it possible to unload into another truck and not only on the ground, saving costs for additional loading. You can see this function in the VIDEO CLIP below.
The pumps are protected by a filter array, which is self-cleaned with pressurized air and can be also fully cleaned if a lot of dusty media is being vacuumed.
The truck has been working with two special attachments by the Italian company Gerotto:
- A mini crawler excavator with suction blade - extremely useful for confined spaces and compacted (hard) material
- A crawler suction robot with additional high pressure water for cleaning of even most hardened materials
